Let’s get digital

In November 2020, we had the opportunity to organize a virtual customer day for Tenzinger. It was the perfect solution to safely share knowledge and a great opportunity to network. Tenzinger successfully presented their plans for 2021 and inspired their customers with the latest information on Data Science and e-Health with this livestream and an interactive online platform. The base of Tenzinger’s customer day was an online platform combined with a livestream. We developed a special website for Tenzinger where visitors could find the following:

– Livestream of speakers: Moderator Aldith Hunkar guided visitors through the program in real-time via the livestream. The keynote speakers gave their presentations from an impressive studio especially designed for this event. All of this could be followed through the livestream.

– Virtual exhibition floor: On the virtual exhibition floor, visitors could explore innovations and new information at online booths.

– Break-out sessions: The breakout sessions were pre-recorded, and visitors could choose which sessions they wanted to watch.

– Networking via chat: Throughout the event, participants could chat with each other, allowing for online networking. This was facilitated with a match roulette that paired visitors with someone they did not yet know.

– Q&A: During the sessions, everyone could ask their questions directly.

– Home experience: To engage the participants, everyone received a box with gadgets and snacks at home. It also included a fitness band to use during the breaks, encouraging everyone to stay active.

The Tenzinger Customer Day fully complied with all COVID-19 measures. We are proud to have shown, together with Tenzinger, what was still possible.
